PVCC MEN'S CLUB ONLINE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

    All male golfing members of the Palm Valley Country Club are invited to join the Men’s Club.
    It is a great way to meet other PVCC members and participate in a variety of golf events and much, much more.

    DROP OFF: A $100 check (payable to the PVCC Men’s Club) at the Pro Shop.
    ​Renewals are automatic.
    Only fill this out if you are a New Member or Returning Member (not a member last year). 
    Note: Everyone must have a USGA GHIN through Palm Valley Country Club.
    ​You will be billed annually, directly by the club. Currently the cost is $50.00.
    RETURNING MEMBERS
    • Check 'NO CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR' if you have no changes from last year.
    • If you have changes, please check 'CHANGES' and fill out the rest of the application.

    1.  You agree to abide by all Men’s Club and PVCC rules and regulations by submitting this application
    2.  Men’s Club will use your email to send you communications regarding Men’s Club business
    ​3.  You will be billed separately for your USGA Handicap by the club
    National and Platinum Members are eligible for all events. Associate members are eligible for all weekday events on the Championship Course and all events on the Challenge Course. Sports members are only eligible for events on the Challenge Course.
