PVCC MEN'S CLUB ONLINE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

All male golfing members of the Palm Valley Country Club are invited to join the Men’s Club.
It is a great way to meet other PVCC members and participate in a variety of golf events, as well as much more.

STOP - Do not fill this out or pay the fee if you were a member last year. Renewal and billing are automatic through PVCC.
Please fill this out only if you are a New Member or a Returning Member from a previous year, except for last year.

Please be sure to press "Submit Application" first before you submit a Photo

Note: All participants must have a USGA GHIN account through Palm Valley Country Club.
You will be billed annually by the club directly. Currently, the cost is $45.00.
Please arrange this through the PVCC Pro Shop.

Initial Membership Fee: $100.00
We accept checks and Zelle. Please do not use Venmo.
Zelle: Follow the instructions below to send with Zelle (Preferred). Please add "PVCC Men's Club Dues" in the Zelle memo field.
